Omega operates a flat management structure, with staff collectively agreeing strategy and work plans, under the oversight of a Board of Trustees. The time and expertise of our trustees is hugely important to Omega and we value their input.

Safa has been a trustee at Omega since June 2024. She is a Saudi journalist and film-maker who has directed documentaries for PBS and the BBC focusing on the Middle East.
