Annalena became a trustee at Omega in July 2023. She is a social and criminal justice policy researcher, currently working at RAND Europe. She has a master’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Oxford University and has previously worked on challenging the use of solitary confinement in prisons during the Covid-19 pandemic. Annalena is proud to be one of the few trustees under 30 in the UK.
