Statement delivered on behalf of the Omega Research Foundation and Bradford University at the 4th Review Conference of the Chemical Weapons Convention, warning of inadequate regulation of “wide area” and “remote control” RCA delivery systems including indoor fixed-installation dispersion devices; external area clearing or area denial devices; automatic grenade launchers; multiple munition launchers; large caliber RCA projectiles and munitions; and delivery mechanisms mounted on drones.
